These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between Atelier FRA and the buyer as well as the terms of sale applicable to any purchase made through the website atelierfra.com. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, which he acknowledges having read before placing his order. During his transaction, the buyer declares to have full legal capacity, allowing him to commit himself under these conditions. In order to comply with the regulations or in order to improve the use of its site, the seller retains the possibility of modifying these conditions of sale at any time. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order by the buyer.
The products offered for sale are those which appear on the site atelierfra.com at the time of consultation thereof via the buyer. The seller reserves the right to change the quantity or assortment of its products at any time. Exceptionally, errors or modifications may exist. However, if they were to occur, the seller could not be held liable, in particular in the case of simultaneous orders of the same item by several customers.
The photographs and texts illustrating the products are only indicative and have no contractual value.
The prices appearing on the seller's site are presented in euros - € all taxes included - including VAT corresponding to the amount in force on the day the order is registered. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the ordering. The prices indicated do not include delivery costs except under special conditions, these will be invoiced in addition to the total amount of the order. For orders to be shipped to countries outside the European Union, the selling prices as well as the shipping costs are exclusive of tax. If your home country is not listed in the shipping countries, you can contact us at in order to organize the sending of your package.
The prices of our products are indicated in euros and only payments in euros are accepted. Payment, due immediately upon ordering, can be made by credit cards and bank cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, Maestro®, Bancontact, IDEAL
The products ordered will only be delivered after receipt of payment. The buyer must specify the address for sending the invoice and communicate his VAT number. The products ordered will remain invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.
Before any order, the buyer creates an account on the site atelierfra.com. On each visit, he will identify himself using his information.
All personal information is subject to the provisions of the new General Data Protection Regulations. The collection of personal data is compulsory in the context of distance selling. This information is strictly confidential and is only intended to process your order.
Packages are shipped to the address indicated on the order form. Delivery is made by post or the delivery service offered when ordering. The risks associated with transport are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the items are taken over by the carrier. The buyer is required to check in the presence of the postman or the delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and their contents upon delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier, the buyer alone assumes the risks.
In the event of absence during delivery to the address provided by the buyer, the goods may, according to the indications communicated by the postal or delivery services, either be collected at the location described on the transit advice note, or be delivered to the same address at a later date, depending on the terms described by the delivery person.
Failing this or if the buyer omits or refuses to collect delivery of the goods ordered, the seller will retain the sale price as compensation.
Any claim for apparent defects relating to the delivered goods must reach the seller within three days of the date of receipt. The complaint must be sent by registered letter to the head office - Rue de Fragnée 77 at B-4000 Liège - and be accompanied by photos and a copy of the purchase document.
Unless one of the exceptions listed below is applicable, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the date on which we concluded the contract, to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.
The buyer must inform the seller of his decision to withdraw, citing the reason for the return. For this, please contact us in the fourteen day period at the address
The customer must return the goods ordered to the following address: Atelier FRA, rue de Fragnée 77 at BE 4000 LIEGE. If it turns out that the returned item has suffered any deterioration by the customer, full or partial compensation payable by the latter may be requested. The customer does not benefit from the right of withdrawal when the delivered order consists of a personalized item or produced according to the customer's specifications.
The returned item will be subject to a refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned item by the buyer, excluding shipping costs associated with this return, depending on the payment method chosen when ordering.
All FRA creations are handcrafted and in natural materials by a team of ceramists, weavers and seamstresses in Belgium and abroad.
We oversee all stages of manufacturing, in addition to creating our own models.
All our products require special attention. They require a manufacturing method requiring know-how and time.
All elements of the site atelierfra.com are and remain, unless otherwise stated, the intellectual and exclusive property of Atelier FRA. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether in the form of photographs, videos, logo, visual or text.
