Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Packages are shipped to the address indicated on the order form. Delivery is made by post or the delivery service offered when ordering. The delivery times communicated by the seller are strictly indicative. The risks associated with transport are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the items are taken over by the carrier. The buyer is required to check in the presence of the postman or the delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and their contents upon delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier, the buyer alone assumes the risks.
In the event of absence during delivery to the address provided by the buyer, the goods may, according to the indications communicated by the postal or delivery services, either be collected at the location described on the transit advice note, or be delivered to the same address at a later date, depending on the terms described by the delivery person.
Failing this or if the buyer omits or refuses to collect delivery of the goods ordered, the seller will retain the sale price as compensation.
Any complaint relating to the goods delivered must reach the seller within three days of the date of receipt. The complaint must be sent exclusively by registered letter to the head office - Rue de Fragnée 77 at B-4000 Liège - and be accompanied by photos and a copy of the purchase document. After this period, no complaint for apparent defects will be taken into consideration.
